Our luxurious and spacious 474 sq. ft Queen rooms are furnished with two Queen beds with personalized amenities. These rooms are located on the second, third and fourth floors and offer balconies with cityscape views of vibrant downtown Kirkland - often referred to as "the Sausalito of Seattle".
- Classic King.
Ranging from 331 to 378 sq. ft., our spacious Classic King rooms are elegantly furnished with one King bed and modern lifestyle amenities. These rooms are located on all floors. Juliet balconies provide views of charming downtown Kirkland. -

The exclusive and alluring 1164 sq. ft. Heathman Suite is located on the West corner of the 4th floor and offers several balconies overlooking downtown Kirkland . The Heathman Suite is custom designed with an expansive living room area, a dual sided fireplace, and a private dining room with wet bar area ideal for entertaining 6 people. This premier one bedroom suite is furnished with a King bed with European Pillow-top mattress, a Master Bath with separate shower and jetted tub, a beautiful powder room, 2: 32” and 1: 50” SONY LCD HDTVs providing entertainment options. -
Terrace Suite.
With 4th floor views of downtown's Peter Kirk Park, our exceptional 641 - 659 sq. ft one-bedroom suites offer a large sitting area complete with a dual sided fireplace to enhance the welcoming ambiance. Expansive terraces furnished with patio furniture are ideal for simply relaxing or entertaining. The terrace is accessible from the bedroom and parlor areas. Terrace suites are located on the East side corners of the fourth floor. -
Gallery Suite.
These suites are located on the North and South sides of the 4th floor and offer cityscape and Peter Kirk Park views from their spacious balcony. They range from 622 - 644 sq. feet and afford signature personal touches such as a dual sided fireplace and four fixture bathroom. A Gallery suite provides the perfect setting for entertaining guests and for appreciating the charm of downtown Kirkland. -
Symphony Suite.
These one-bedroom suites range from 472 – 550 sq.ft and are located on the West corners of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Views of the cityscape of Kirkland are offered from the balconies off the intimate parlor and bedroom areas.
- Renaissance Suite.
These 604 sq. ft. distinctive one-bedroom suites offer views of Peter Kirk Park and downtown Kirkland. Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the hotel, the Renaissance Suite features an intimate sitting area.
- Prelude Suite.
With views of Peter Kirk Park, these 560 - 614 sq. ft one-bedroom suites are ideal for a traveler desiring additional space. In addition to one King bed, Prelude Suites feature a Juliet balcony, and a comfortable sitting area with pull-out sleeper sofa and SONY LCD HDTV.
