Executive Chef Brian Scheehser will be serving tastes of Trellis expertly created to complement the distinct wines featured from four of the Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. Enologist David Rosenthal (Chateau Ste. Michelle) and Winemaker Marcus Notaro (Col Solare) will introduce the tastings of Col Solare, 2006; Col Solare, 2005;  Col Solare, 2004;  Domaine Ste. Michelle Luxe, Columbia Valley 2004;  Chateau Ste. Michelle Artist Series Meritage, 2006; and Eroica Riesling, Columbia Valley, 2008.

Chef's Expanded Garden Doubles Your Dining Pleasure : Trellis’ Executive Chef Brian Scheehser enjoys a very close connection to the herbs, fruit and vegetables served at the restaurant, largely because he grows many of them himself. Recently, his five-acre parcel of vegetables and herbs, doubled in size after he took on a five-acre, former U-pick parcel located next to his current acreage. The addition brings Flemish pears, six varieties of apples, seven varieties of blueberries, and three varieties each of raspberries and blackberries. Experience this all-natural freshness and flavor for yourself at Trellis!

Volunteering to keep Kirkland beautiful!  Downtown's Heritage Park gets cleaned up thanks to our Adopt-A-Park Program.
