Our very own Executive Chef Brian Scheehser is proud to offer 2-course lunches and 3-course dinners exclusively inspired by the season at Trellis Restaurant this October. Part of autumn's installment of Seattle Restaurant Week, the prix fixe menus are affordably priced with value in mind, while capturing the unmistakable flavors of fall in every bite. At the heart of Chef Scheehser's cooking style is an unwavering love for the Pacific Northwest, from fresh-caught seafood and free-range meats, to organic produce grown on his 18-acre farm in nearby Woodinville. Not only is his palette rife with regional ingredients, it's constantly informed by the ever-changing tastes of Seattle-area diners, with a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes always available.
