Executive Chef Brian Scheehser harvests the restaurants fruits and vegetables directly from his Woodinville farm, where he works 10 acres of land. His farm-fresh philosophy works in harmony with the meat and fish used in dishes of Trellis restaurant, which come from hand-raised stock and seafood freshly caught. One of the Kirkland restaurant’s most popular dishes is the Two-Hour Salad, so named because all of the ingredients have been freshly hand-picked no more than two hours before being served. Additionally, Trellis boasts an extensive wine list, featuring Washington vineyards as well as those from all over the world.
