Trellis, one of Kirkland, Washington’s finest restaurants, is celebrated not only for its delicious cuisine, but also for its sustainable foods. Executive Chef Brian Scheehser harvests the restaurants fruits and vegetables directly from his Woodinville farm, where he works 10 acres of land. His farm-fresh philosophy works in harmony with the meat and fish used in dishes of Trellis restaurant, which come from hand-raised stock and seafood freshly caught. One of the Kirkland restaurant’s most popular dishes is the Two-Hour Salad, so named because all of the ingredients have been freshly hand-picked no more than two hours before being served. Additionally, Trellis boasts an extensive wine list, featuring Washington vineyards as well as those from all over the world.
