Looking for a break from cooking this holiday season? Trellis, located right inside The Heathman Hotel in downtown Kirkland, is planning special holiday dining options for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve. On Thursday November 22, enjoy a three-course dinner at Trellis. Starters include Mushroom Soup, Winter Squash Soup, Poached Pear Salad, and more. In addition to Free Range Turkey, seven different entrée selections are available and you can choose from six different dessert selections. Christmas dinner is also a three-course affair featuring a choice of Free Range Pheasant, Sonoma Duck, Squash Ravioli, or four other specially prepared entrees. On New Year’s Eve, celebrate with a four-course meal that offers an Apple Sorbet & Champagne Splash between the starter and main course.
Trellis offers unparalleled fine dining year round. Award-winning Executive Chef Brian Scheehser creates a mix of innovative and organic dishes from fresh, seasonally available ingredients. This award-winning restaurant specializes in wine country cuisine made with herbs and vegetables harvested right from Chef Scheesher’s own sustainable ten-acre farm in Woodinville. Describing himself as part farmer, part chef, Scheesher is as comfortable on a tractor as he is in the kitchen.
Trellis has been called Seattle’s purest farm-to-table restaurant and is critically acclaimed throughout the Pacific Northwest, as well as nationwide.
