In celebration of the bountiful mountain range that unites our region, The Heathman Hotel & Trellis Restaurant present a very special "Cascade Beer Dinner" on Thursday, September 10th. Join our very own Executive Chef Brian Scheehser, Pastry Chef Sandra Watson, and the visionary Brewmaster of Portland's treasured Lompoc Brewery, Bryan Keilty, for a thoughtfully paired, four-course taste of the Northwest.
Inspired by Chef Scheehser's 18-acre farm in nearby Woodinville, every bite and brew features only the finest, freshest local produce available. In fact, as fellow alumni of the Culinary Institute of America, Brewmaster Keilty and Chef Scheesher crafted the beers and dishes totally in tandem, collaborating up and down the Cascades to design a menu that captures the spirit of the region in every sip and bite. Beginning with a reception of passed hors d'oeuvres and beer tastings, the sublime, one-of-a-kind menu includes:
