Adam Johnson, Executive Chef
With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Adam brings a distinct perspective to Hearth. Prior to leading the team at Hearth, Chef Adam worked at some of the most notable dining destinations in the region: he was part of the opening culinary team of The Nines Hotel in Portland, and he's served as a chef at Cave B Inn & Spa in Quincy, Washington and Rosario Resort & Spa on Orcas Island.
A native of Washington State, Chef Adam has a passion for gardening and sustainable agriculture. That translates into the kitchen, as he enjoys sourcing local, fresh and seasonal ingredients and sharing those distinct Northwest flavors with guests. Outside of the kitchen, Chef Adam enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family.
